According to a message board post on a certain Stones fansite, a future DVD release of 2014’s Madrid concert may be in talks. Their evidence? A screenshot of a Facebook post (see below).
For those of you who cannot view the image, it says:
COMMENT: What about the Madrid video?
REPLY (from ‘The Rolling Stones’ Official Facebook page): Coming soon…it’s a special one
Just to catch you up in case you’re lost, the video that the commenter is inquiring about is a short (30-45-seconds long) clip that the Stones typically upload after their concerts as a ‘highlight’ of the show.
Now that the Stones have finished up their 14 On Fire tour, a DVD/Blu-Ray release of a show doesn’t seem out of question. What do you think?
